Our Team

Jeffrey joined CoSol Property Management, Inc. in January of 2018 with a background in residential real estate. Jeffrey is a lifelong resident of the Central Valley having been born in Modesto and graduated from Modesto High School. After graduating from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo in 2012, Jeffrey worked for a startup business as a marketing manager from 2012-2015. He then worked from 2015-2017 for PMZ Real Estate as a Realtor. Since joining CoSol, Jeffrey has completed transactions with Grocery Outlet, Starbucks, DaVita, Verizon, and North American Title among other retailers.

Kevin joined CoSol Property Management, Inc. in August of 2022 with a background in Business Administration and a Masters in Sports Management from the University of San Francisco. After earning his Masters Degree, Kevin worked as the Director of Baseball Operations for Saint Mary’s College from 2020-2021 where he oversaw 40 players and staff and organized all budgeting and fundraising efforts. He then worked for DraftKings Inc. from 2021-2022 in their customer relations department. Kevin prides himself on being a problem solver, effective communicator, and relationship builder.
